Shipping
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. At checkout, the weight will be used to calculate the shipping and handling charge. You can also simply add your desired items to your cart, enter your shipping destination and use the shipping calculator at checkout to show you the shipping cost.


Returns or Exchanges
Simply ship the item(s) back to our warehouse (address above) with a brief note requesting an exchange or refund. Please note the following guidelines:

1. Return items unused and in the original packaging. Refunds can only be issued for items in resalable condition.
2. Return items within 30 days.
3. Pack fragile returns carefully as refunds can only be issued for items arriving undamaged. We recommend insuring your return shipment.
4. For returns, a full refund, minus shipping charges, will be issued.
5. For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping the original items back to us. We will pay the shipping to send you your replacements items (US orders only).

  3. When will my product arrive?

    We try to ship all orders within one business day.

    For customers in the U.S, transit time can add one to seven days depending on your distance from Minnesota. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order in less than a week.

    While we carry a large inventory, there are occasions when an item is out of stock and it must be back ordered from the manufacturer. If that does occur, we will notify you by email within one business day and allow you to cancel or change your order.

  4. What if the item is damaged or not as described?

    This rarely occurs, but should an item arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately for replacement instructions.

  5. Are prices in U.S. Dollars?

    Yes. All prices on the irmasfinlandhouse.com website, shopping cart and invoices are reflected in U.S. Dollars.

  6. How do I return or exchange my purchase?

    First review our Return Policy and then simply ship items back to:

  7. Damaged or Defective Items
    Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or phone (218-741-0204) immediately if your purchase arrives damaged or if any item is defective. We will offer either a replacement or refund.
  8. Is ordering secure?

    Yes, All orders are secure. We use a secure SSL certificate during the checkout process and do not store information such as your credit card number on our site. All payment information is encrypted and sent to Authorize.net for secure payment.

  9. What happens if I'm not home when the package arrives?

    The carrier will follow their best practices if no one is at home at time of delivery. The delivery person may choose to leave the package at your door or with a neighbor. A notice of missed delivery will be left if the carrier would like you to contact them to reschedule the delivery.

  10. Can I ship directly to the gift recipient?

    Yes, our checkout page makes it easy to enter in a separate billing and shipping name and address.

  11. How can I track my gift shipment?

    After submitting an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the corresponding shipment tracking information. Most domestic items are sent via UPS.

  12. What is your privacy policy?

    Simple! We do not sell, rent or trade the names of our customers with any other organizations or companies.

  13. Do you offer gift wrapping?

    YES! We are happy to offer free gift wrapping to our customers. Just select the gift wrap option during the checkout process. Our signature Irma’s Finland House sticker is applied to all gift wrapped packages.

    In addition to wrapping, we're happy to include a gift card with your item. Please specify your message during the checkout process.
